22 ноября исполняется 50 лет со дня убийства президента США Джона Фицджеральда Кеннеди


Убийство тридцать пятого президента США произошло в пятницу 22 ноября 1963 года в Далласе (штат Техас) в 12:30 по местному времени. Президент был смертельно ранен выстрелом из винтовки, когда он проезжал вместе с женой Жаклин в кортеже по Элм-стрит.


Через 1 час 20 минут после выстрела был арестован подозреваемый Ли Харви Освальд.


Десять месяцев продолжалась работа специально созданной комиссии по расследованию обстоятельств убийства президента. Возглавлял комиссию председатель Верховного суда США Эрл Уоррен (комиссия Уоррена).


Согласно окончательному докладу комиссии, единственным исполнителем убийства был назван Освальд.


Однако за время, прошедшее со дня убийства, возникло большое количество конспирологических теорий, а многие американцы и сегодня продолжают считать убийство Кеннеди одной из главных загадок прошедшего столетия.
